Roles and responsibilities QSAC, Quality Services for the Autism Community, a Not-for-Profit agency, helps individuals with an autism spectrum disorder to live meaningful and fulfilled lives in our society. To accomplish this goal QSAC develops and provides educational, habilitation, residential, support, and recreational programs to meet the needs of persons with autism and their families. QSAC is committed to assisting our consumers in becoming independent and productive members of their communities. We are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator.

-Meet service vendors at various QSAC sites to ensure building access and follow up that work has been completed.
-Ensure work orders are completed properly and to report back to Maintenance/Admin the results or any required follow up
-Deliver vehicles to vendors for service or to assist in moving vehicles form one QSAC site to another
-Deliver interoffice mail to sites throughout NYC and Long Island
-Make unannounced visits to Comm Hab/Respite appointments and observe the services being provided and report back to the program
Skill set -General Computer knowledge
-Great phone skills & manner
-Professional work ethic & demeanor
-Valid NYS Driver's License
Work experience 1-2years
Upper salary range Commensurate with Experience
