Roles and responsibilities Provide professional, friendly customer service in an exciting, fast-paced environment. Communicate with customers via telephone or email using our Service 1st approach SM, assist with customer inquiries, and accommodate any additional customer requests as needed while enjoying a rewarding, challenging work culture.


POSITION DESCRIPTION
- Communicate with customers through telephone, written online chat, or email
- Process orders, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide information in response to inquiries about products or services
- Provide assistance in navigating the website
- Offer suggestions for complementary items
- Additional tasks and projects as assigned


ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Must pass the pre-employment Background Check

Preferred Requirements:
- Associate’s degree or higher
- Fluency in both English and Spanish

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
- Knowledge of and familiarity with commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures related to customer service
- Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform required tasks
