Roles and responsibilities Provide professional, friendly customer service in an exciting, fast-paced environment. Communicate with customers via telephone or on-line chat using our Service 1st SM approach, assist with customer inquiries, and accommodate any additional customer requests as needed while enjoying a rewarding,challenging work culture.


POSITION DESCRIPTION
- Communicate with customers through telephone, written online chat/email
- Provide information in response to inquiries about products or services
- Provide assistance in navigating the website
- Offer suggestions for complimentary items
- Additional tasks and projects as assigned

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass the pre-employment Background Check

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
- Knowledge of and familiarity with commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures related to customer service
- Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform required tasks
- Ability to identify and help implement continuous improvement of processes, skills, and customer service interactions
