CSG, located in San Antonio, Texas, is seeking top-performing, Life & Health licensed sales agents to join our fast growing call center team.

What would I be doing at CSG?
Our Fortune 500 client will provide you with a steady stream of pre-screened leads from prospects that want to speak to you about their products. You will be expected to make outbound calls and receive inbound calls from prospects, provide detailed product descriptions, answer routine questions, provide accurate quotes, overcome objections, give recommendations, complete all necessary follow-up work, and close sales.

What would my schedule look like?
We have Full-Time opportunities available with flexible schedules (Monday – Friday, 7:30 am to 9:00pm CST).


What type of experience is CSG looking for?
Minimum Requirements:
Current Texas Life & Health license
One year of call center sales experience or four years of sales experience with quotas or
combination of college experience and sales experience.
Someone that is highly outgoing and not afraid of overcoming objections or rejection.
Someone that can pass a comprehensive background check with ease.

Preferred Requirements:
2-5 years of insurance call center sales experience
Stable work history with strong references

Base salary starting at $12.50/hour, paid weekly with additional incentives for performance with no earning caps.
