To be successful in this position, you need to have demonstrated experience and passion for social media marketing. You must be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and organized to be able to enhance clients’ pages and implement strategies effectively and on time. Focused on setting up accounts and interacting with social audiences in real time on behalf of clients, you must have strong attention to detail and written communication skills. You will maintain daily activity our clients’ pages, develop unique content for posting, track social media measurements, and report on relevant data for ROI. You will frequently liaise with Social Media Strategists to ensure that the clients’ strategies are running accordingly. You will also leverage content promotional channels and recommend new concepts and content optimization techniques to internal teams. You must have a sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks with high quality and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Page Enhancement - Setup and enhance the appearance and experience of our clients’ social media pages on top networks such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google+ and YouTube. Optimize content with the brand’s products or services and include their keywords when possible.
• Campaign Implementation - Implement social media strategies based on client objectives. Manage the day-to-day posting of fresh content to our clients’ social media pages to spark conversations. Review user comments to posts and respond when appropriate to add value to our clients’ strategies.
• Statistics Setup and Tracking – Setup automated feeds for news content delivery and reporting metrics. Monitor applications for any technical errors. Track social media results and develop statistical reports on the success level of campaigns. Report on audience growth, brand reach, top posts, social clicks, social traffic and social conversions across a multitude of networks.
• Content Promotion – Leverage social bookmarking channels and other social sharing outlets to promote our clients’ content. Actively share clients’ news, contests, infographics, and videos for maximum exposure. Experiment with new and alternative ways to leverage social media for our clients.
