Job Summary / Purpose:

To understand and match the needs of clients and candidates to provide quality tailored recruitment services while continually meeting target.

Main Duties and Responsibilities


Candidate Management

*Headhunt & Search for candidates who match the client's needs
*Spec CVs / Market candidates, Search / Shortlist CVs in line with job order request, Ensure CVs are of a specific standard and reflective of client requests
*Pre-screen candidates before their interview for suitability and conduct interviews
*Coach candidates on interview skills / Skills testing
*Candidate control -- keep in regular contact to review progress and performance
*Provide information to candidates on clients and job specifications for permanent jobs

Sales Activities

*Utilize company CRM to organize and maintain prospect/client lists.
*Deal with inbound speculative calls, aftercare and service calls.
*Client visits -- new and service -- identify and follow up business leads.
*New business generation
*Write proposals, negotiate fees and rates in line with company policy and issue Terms of Business.
*Meet sales/gross profit targets.

Client Management

*Serve clients, identify their needs and provide feedback on success of filling jobs
*Qualify job specification / salary information and record accurate and comprehensive job description -- check info / client requirements in line with key processes and legislation
*Gather and record info on clients -- decision makers, # of employees and all relevant information
*Network internally and externally with prospects & clients
*Benchmark for clients -- salary, availability, candidate pool, industry activity
*Write and place advertisements on job boards.

Other

*Administration duties including; verification of qualifications, tracking credit & criminal checks, reference checking
*Capture info / calls / bookings correctly on our CRM & Recruitment software -- update and maintain client and candidate information database and adhere to company policy
*Ensure records are kept in line with requirements
*Any other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Experience *Candidates coming from a background such as commissioned sales executive, realtor, service business owner, management consultant, or anything that involves dealing with and selling to senior executives at a high level would be a strong fit. This is a highly diverse, challenging, independent, and complex working environment.

*Minimum 10+ years professional work experience
*Minimum 7+ years sales success, preferably in a commissioned environment
*Professional sales abilities and excellent client development & management skills
*Independent, entrepreneurial team player
*Experience dealing with & selling to Senior Executives
*Excellent networking skills & strong local network
*Superior PC & phone skills and English communication abilities
*Excellent time management, CRM and database management skills
*A Business, BA (Psychology, Sociology, Humanities) or similar degree or diploma preferred
*Ability to multi-task & solve problems
