Responsibilities will include:
• Assist and collaborate with Project Managers & Area Manager in the proposal preparation process
• Coordinate and support remote offices with marketing material and proposals
• Develop and produce marketing documents including Statement of Qualifications, updating resumes, updating reference project sheets and other marketing material
• Provide/create material for prime and subconsultant proposal submittals
• Research, organize and maintain marketing materials from various sources
• Develop creative and artistic presentation marketing material
• Maintain and organize marketing information systems
• Attend pre-proposal and debriefing meetings
• Prepare presentations (PowerPoint, handouts and boards)
• Perform limited general administrative duties as needed
Requirements Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, English, or related fields with 2-5 years’ experience preferred
• Experience in Geotechnical or Environmental Engineering Industry preferred
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office a must
• InDesign experience preferred
• Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills in order to prepare effective presentations a must
• Highly skilled in proofreading and correcting typographical, grammatical, and other errors
• Experience with updating websites, social media, i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn and other related media sources a plus
• Experience with Delta Vision Software would be ideal

• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership with excellent attention to detail
• Must be able to work in a team environment and interact with marketing staff, engineers, architects, scientists, etc.
• Ability to spot and follow-up on open action items and complete assigned tasks without prompting. Knack to ask necessary follow up questions
