|Purpose||Adventive is a SaaS based Rich Media and Mobile ad development, optimization and distribution software provider for advertising agencies and publishers. We are currently looking for high-energy, process-driven and customer-oriented quality assurance and customer care representatives.|
The Quality Assurance and Customer Care position is responsible for designing and implementing test cases and automated testing harnesses across the platform, including both internal and externally facing applications. This position also includes interaction with customers via in/outbound calls, and email tickets.
|Duties||• Develop test cases based on business and engineering requirements.|
• Report and track defects, anomalies and performance related issues with JIRA.
• Work with Engineering management to prioritize fixes and release cycles.
• Perform regression testing, and continuous integration testing.
• Develop and maintain knowledge bases and user guides.
• Perform customer care related activities, including in/outbound calls, and email based tickets.
|Skill Qualifications||• Minimum 1 year previous software QA position.|
• Minimum 1 year previous experience in a customer care environment
|Perferred Experience||• Information Technology or Computer Science Degree preferred.|
• Automated test case development, coding and implementation preferred.
