Roles and Responsibilities We are looking for a unique Regional Manager for our Central Ohio market who can help us differentiate our company from the traditional approach and conventional thinking surrounding healthcare delivery. We are seeking someone who is currently (or was recently) working in a similar position and has excelled in a fast paced ever-changing industry, which we believe forces one to learn how to truly prioritize and focus on “what matters most”.

The company was recently acquired, and our CEO has brought in a new leadership team and established a high performance culture. We strongly believe that our success is directly related to the strength of our people and we are seeking a driven Regional Manager who wants to win.

• Work closely with the COO to build a world class service delivery model
• Immerse yourself in the business and gain a thorough understanding of the players at all levels
• Develop creative ways to hire only the best team members
• Collaborate with the VP of our Clinical Research Department to grow this service line
• Team up with your Regional Medical Director to ensure our providers “live our values” of best-in-class customer service (bed-side manners)
• Partner with local business and schools in your region to be their medical provider of choice
• Experience the freedom of managing the day-to-day operations of our Care Centers in the Northeast OH market
• Facilitate, strategize, improve and flawlessly execute regional growth plans
• Help the leadership team by keeping them informed regarding what is going on in your region – growth opportunities, competitive landscape, etc.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $60,000 - $85,000, plus bonus

• Bachelor degree required; Master’s degree a plus
• Minimum 5+ years in the health related field or operations management
• Expertise in business development
• Outstanding ability to assess and analyze data
• Good analytical and computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Displays confidence and has a strong leadership ability to champion important issues, as well as work collaborative with business stakeholders
• Capable of thinking strategically, yet able and willing to managing the details on important operational related matters
