We are rapidly growing and increasing the Staffing arm of Affirma. This position will handle direct sourcing for talent and drive talent acquisition for a variety of positions. Previous experience in a sales position-especially with a commission structure is a plus but not required. The core skillsets we are looking for in an ideal candidate are:

• Strong work ethic
• Fearless and tenacious-results oriented
• College graduate
