Primary Responsibilities:
• Ensure attainment of revenue and associated targets
• Build relationships with and influence key decision makers
• Drive customer and partner satisfaction through understanding customer needs, providing responsive service to customer issues, integrating partners into the sales process and building relationships with key customer contacts.
• Ensure that CRM tool is kept up to date with account activities, opportunities and contacts details
• Identification and qualification of product and solution leads within managed accounts
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence multiple internal as well as external stakeholders
• The ability to command an audience as well as engage with both external and internal stakeholders globally.
• Flexible attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to meet and exceed quotas
• Ability to close sales
• Ability to manage, document, track, and clearly report on revenue and cost actuals vs. goals
• Understanding of sales function, business management and pipeline management; developing accurate forecasts; creating, formalizing & executing detailed strategic plans
• Technical and business knowledge of the communications industry, especially in your region/territory
• Ability to develop trusted relationships with key business and technical decision makers;
• Excellent verbal, written and multi-media communication skills
• Ability to develop trusted relationships with superiors, peers, and subordinates

Nice to Haves:
• Prior Microsoft experience and/or experience working with Microsoft clients
• Previous sales experience
