Roles and responsibilities Responsibilities:

The person accepting this role will be responsible to document our client server, cloud based, online applications and web interfaces. They will Work with a team of trainers, product owners, support staff and developers, focusing on creating documentation used both internally and externally, and maintaining our written standard across all our projects and mediums.
The Technical Writer will be member of the Customer Support and IT Operations teams contributing to online solutions for the entire Connexin Software community of employees, clients and third party service providers.

Required Qualifications:


5+ years working as a lead Technical Writer within the HealthCare or IT industry.
Experience creating and publishing content to online and/or on demand CRM, and knowledge management tools.
Proven ability to compile technical and business information from disparate sources and teams to create comprehensive content for internal and external stakeholders.
Experience developing standard set of tools, formats and templates for content and documentation.
Responsible for the development of user centric release notes for the Office Practicum application and related services, based on technical specs and user case scenarios.
Work with Development, Training, Support, and QA teams to ensure coordinated delivery of documentation with software and service offering releases.
Experience working with content managers to define a process for reviewing, refining, and publishing documentation .
Display a proficient in understanding and writing clearly about complex technical topics.
Ability to identify new trends and tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of the documentation.
Helpful Experience:
Experience/Exposure with Health Care / Medical terminology
Experience working with developers, health care providers,
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Experience/Exposure to EHR/PM applications
Experience working with CRM and Case Management tools
Experience/Exposure with Knowledge Management tools
