Renaissance Electronic Services is looking for Claims Support Representatives to join our growing Indianapolis claims support team.

• Customer Service all-stars with exceptional communication skills to provide our clients unprecedented support
• Individuals looking to develop a deep industry and company knowledge to articulate product features to provide client support
• Team-players interested in joining a fast-paced, rapidly growing company

• Provide impeccable customer service while professionally answering inbound phone calls from our valued clients
• Inbound/Outbound Dental Claims support calls
• Maintain and follow-up on open cases daily
• E-Mail responses to clients in a timely manner
• Exhibit initiative to continually expand your product and industry knowledge
Skills & Abilities Skills & Abilities:
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Call center experience preferred
• Ambitious, competitive and self-motivated
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e. Word, Excel)
• Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High School Diploma or GED Required, Associates Degree (or above) preferred
