Your Availability

Bright Care provides care to our elderly clients at all times of the day and night. In order to achieve this, successful applicants will generally need good week-to-week availability and be willing to take on weekend duties (every second week) and evening duties in line with the needs of the clients with whom they are matched.

SCQF qualification

The SSSC (Scottish Social Services Council) requires that by 2020 all workers in care at home
must hold a 'Social Services and Healthcare' SCQF 6 (SVQ 2 or equivalent)

Bright Care supports all employees to work towards the required SCQF qualifications. Please advise us if you are willing to meet this requirement (a cost will be involved).
