Will play a pivotal role in overseeing the
daily HR outsourcing operations, managing personnel activities, and ensuring
compliance with employment regulations & Egyptian Labour Law with External
Clients. This role requires extensive experience with EOR services to support
our global workforce effectively.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic
thinker with excellent organizational and leadership skills, capable of driving
HR initiatives that align with our business objectives.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including
recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off boarding.
Provide guidance and support to managers and
employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, employee
relations, and career development.
Design and implement effective recruitment
strategies, such as posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews,
and negotiating offers. ensure that the hiring process complies with the legal
and ethical standards of the industry and the organization.
Conduct regular audits to ensure employee
records are accurate and up-to-date.
Ensure accuracy in payroll calculations,
including deductions, taxes, and benefits.
Maintain payroll records and ensure
compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Responsible for monitoring & recording of
absence levels by monitoring all leaves and ensuring that relevant policies are
adhered to in each department and provide statistical data to managers in
relation to this when needed.
Administer employee benefits programs,
including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Coordinate with benefit providers and resolve
any issues or discrepancies.
Educate employees about their benefits and
assist them with enrolment and changes.
Maintain employee records, including personal
data, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.
Assist in the onboarding process for new
hires and ensure they are aware of company policies and procedures.
Prepare and submit necessary reports to
government agencies.
Conduct regular audits to ensure HR and
payroll practices are up-to-date and compliant.
Provide guidance and support to employees on
HR-related matters.
Facilitate conflict resolution and foster a
positive work environment.
​Participate in the development and
implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,
Business Administration, or a related field.as well as several years of experience in
human resources
Communication, leadership, analytical,
organizational, and interpersonal skills are all necessary for success.
Proven experience in EOR Services, payroll processing,
recruitment and HR administration.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent understanding of Egyptian employment
laws and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills.
High attention to detail and organizational
skills.
Excellent implementation of Labour Law, Social
Insurance Law, and Income Taxes
Professional use of Microsoft Office
applications
